Acquitting a Germantown man who exposed his buttocks during an argument with a neighbor, a Montgomery County Circuit Court judge ruled yesterday that mooning, while distasteful, is not illegal in Maryland."
Ok, my first thought is.... Doesn't the Post have anything better to report on? I mean isn't there more pressing news? Ok now since that is out of the way.... the judge does make some good points in his decision. I lived in Maryland for 12 years so I may have to return now that I know this so I can bareeeeeeeeeeeee well never mind LOL.
